What domain will my website use?
Every package includes a Nordic Digital subdomain such as businessname.nordicd.com. A custom domain can be connected as an optional add-on.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting, SSL security and deployment are included with every Nordic Digital package.
Is maintenance included?
Yes. Every package includes one month of maintenance after launch.
What happens after the included maintenance ends?
Customers can continue with Nordic Care for RP$10,000 per month.
What are the free add-ons?
Every package includes a number of free add-ons — one with Frost, two with Fjord, four with Aurora and six with Forge. The configurator automatically applies them to your most expensive picks.
Can I add features later?
Yes. Additional pages, staff systems, applications, catalogs and other tools can be added later for an additional price.
Is the configurator price final?
No. The configurator provides an estimate. Nordic Digital confirms the final price after reviewing the complete project.
Can Nordic Digital create something not listed?
Yes. Nordic Forge is designed for custom systems and unique business requirements.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit is required before development begins. The remaining 50% is paid before the finished website launches.
